Complications That May Occur After Laser 

No major complications have been reported after laser application. However, if it is applied in case of an existing bacterial infection, vaginal burning and edema may occur. During vaginal laser applications, if the application is applied towards the labium minuses, pain and blistering may occur. 

Surgery should be recommended to patients who are not satisfied with complaints of vaginal narrowing or urinary incontinence despite 3 sessions of application.
